We’re delighted to share that from today we’ve expanded our coverage of worldwide live support hours, which we hope will be a great benefit for a large number of Akkroo customers across the globe. We know that not everyone operates on a UK or western timezone, and it has always been our desire to be able to offer the same level of access to our world-class support to all our customers, no matter of geography.
Whilst we’re not quite operating complete live support in all global timezones yet, this is a large step forward — and now — from Tokyo to California we are able to provide a full level of support via phone and live chat.
